You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.
RxRouter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RxRouter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

RxRouter operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA when processing Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of Covered Entities using our platform. A signed Business Associate Agreement is required before any PHI is transmitted through or stored within the RxRouter system.
Our BAA covers the obligations of both parties regarding the use, disclosure, and safeguarding of PHI. This includes breach notification procedures, permitted uses, minimum necessary standards, and return or destruction of PHI upon termination.

BAA execution is required before transmitting any Protected Health Information through the platform.
